Classes are hard work, but enjoyable.  The main focus is self-defense that works.  Secondarily, we teach strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and overall mental and physical discipline.  All students start as a white belt.  Don't worry about your condition when you start; we can get you in the condition that you want to be.

Want something to do with your child?  This could be it.  This is the same class offered during the week, but just for Saturday enrollment.  Students enrolled in the Tuesday/Thursday class are welcome to attend at no additional charge.  Each student begins as a white belt, progresses at their own pace, and trains at their own level.


Mixed Martial Arts

This class is a mixture of grappling, sparring, wrestling, and techniques from several styles of martial arts.
